Installation Instructions
Step 1: Remove factory transmission lines
Step 2: Install Billet 6r140 Transmission cooler adapter
Step 3: Remove the plastic molding behind the bumper to install the transmission cooler and bracket.
Step 4: Route transmission lines to the cooler
Step 5: Route your own transmission power supply wires to auxiliary power on the toggle switches or aftermarket toggle switches.
Step 6: Verify transmission has appropriate fluid levels
Step 7: Verify lines are tight after heat cycles and monitor temperatures to ensure a proper installation.
